Scope and Contents

The items in this series include writings by Emile Bocian and others, regarding "The China Post" and his own public relations firm, Emile Bocian Associates. Writings by Emile Bocian include ad rate information, correspondence, drafts, article copy, letterhead, photographs, and press releases for "The China Post;" press releases from Emile Bocian Associates; and address and phone lists. There are a number of original copies of "The China Post" (which became "China Voice" in 1986) from 1973-1986, not all of which are complete. Writings by others include advertising rate and contract samples, business certificates, camera and equipment receipts, and insurance forms. Most of the material is from the 1970s, except for the business certificates, which are from the early 1960s.
