This series consists of booklets, one book, one menu, periodicals, two photographs, and video game promotional material, all donated by Alex Jay in 2009. The booklets include various Chinese recipes created by Beatrice Food Co. and LaChoy Food Products in the 1920s-1950s. The book is a cookbook by Madame Chiang Yep from 1946. The menu is from a German Chinese restaurant, most likely from the 1980s. Both photographs are promotional material; one depicts the cast of "All American Girl" from 1994 while the other is a portrait of Hiram Fong, a US Senator from Hawaii who served from 1959-1977. Life magazine, Holiday Magazine, and Ford Times comprise the periodicals; they date from 1937-1956. The video game material includes a sticker, postcard, poster, and bag for the game "Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars", all from 2009.
