Biographical / Historical

Chinese Sportswear Workers Social Association (CSWSA) is a non-profit corporation based in New York (at some point, its headquarters were located at 175 Canal Street). It was started in 1970 and according to documents filed with the New York Department of State, it is still active. The association is a membership organization, and it seems as if it mainly represents a group for social activities and outings, although it is possible that some advocacy has been done on behalf of sportswear workers.
