This collection consists of paper documents and newspaper clippings related to Alice Lee Chun's work as a public health nurse. In addition, it includes paper documents, photographs, and a large scrapbook from her time as a member of the Ging Hawk Club. This collection contains research materials used by the donor/author for his book, "Tea that Burns." These materials are all paper documents, mostly photocopies of newspaper articles, from 1850-1998. There are also some magazine articles, photocopies of sections from books, handwritten notes, and correspondence with archives.

Chinatown News
Chinatown News was Vancouver's first Chinese News magazine published in English for the Chinese Canadian community. The entire Chinatown News series was published from its establishment in 1948 to 1996. The bulk of the collection consists of 796 paper magazines published between 1954 and 1992.
